At Abeers – Crown of Ayurveda, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Your order will be eligible for return, replacement, or refund under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect Item Received: You received an item different from what you ordered.
  • Damaged Shipment: The product was found damaged upon delivery.
  • Incomplete Order: One or more items from your shipment are missing.

Conditions to Qualify

To ensure a smooth resolution, the following conditions must be met:

  • Notification: You must contact our customer care team within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Evidence: A clear unboxing video must be provided showing the issue (wrong item, damage, or missing content).

This helps us verify the issue and provide prompt assistance.


Return or Refund Procedure

Once submitted, our team will assess your case and respond within 2 working days with a resolution.


Possible Outcomes

  • If a wrong item was received: The correct item will be shipped to you immediately.
  • If a damaged item was received: A replacement will be sent at no additional cost.

Refunds for Cancelled/Returned Orders

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be initiated to your original method of payment within 3 working days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you’ll be asked to provide your bank account details. The refund will be processed to the specified account within 7 working days.
