How to Cancel Your Order

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by simply refusing to accept the delivery when it arrives.
This applies to both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Refund for Prepaid Orders

• For prepaid orders, a refund will be initiated once the returned product reaches our warehouse.
• The amount will be credited to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item.
