Order Processing

  • All domestic orders are processed within 24 hours on working days (Monday to Saturday).
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Remote & ODA Locations: For interior or Out-of-Delivery-Area (ODA) regions, delivery may take up to 10 business days.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Applicable on domestic orders above β‚Ή399.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: A flat rate of β‚Ή50 for orders below β‚Ή399.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional β‚Ή49 will be charged for COD orders.
    • Note: COD service may not be available for certain PIN codes.
