Order Processing
- All domestic orders are processed within 24 hours on working days (Monday to Saturday).
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Estimated Delivery Timeline
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
- Remote & ODA Locations: For interior or Out-of-Delivery-Area (ODA) regions, delivery may take up to 10 business days.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: Applicable on domestic orders above ₹399.
- Standard Shipping Fee: A flat rate of ₹50 for orders below ₹399.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional ₹49 will be charged for COD orders.
- Note: COD service may not be available for certain PIN codes.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:

To raise a return request, please email us at help@buyabeers.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Make sure to attach:

Photos showing the issue clearly
Requests made after 24 hours cannot be accepted, as our shipping partners do not allow claims beyond this period.
All returned products must be in their original packaging.
If the product is returned in an improper or used/opened condition, the return will be rejected.
Returns NOT accepted for:

Products with altered serial numbers

Skin/hair reactions (because every skin type responds differently)
After we receive your returned product, our team will inspect and verify the issue.
If approved, a replacement will be sent. If the claim is not approved, the return request will be closed, and no replacement or refund will be issued.
The package I received is open. What should I do?

The seal is broken or tampered with

Always refuse a tampered package and contact us immediately.
The product doesn’t suit me. Can I return it?
Unfortunately, no.
Skincare results vary from person to person, so products that “don’t suit you” cannot be returned or refunded.
If you need help understanding how to use any product correctly, our team is happy to guide you.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return request is approved:

Our delivery agent will collect the product from your address.

After it reaches our warehouse, a quality check (QC) will be done.

Once QC is passed, the refund will be processed.
You can expect the refund in your original payment account within 7–14 business days.
COD customers will be asked to provide bank details for the refund.
